Smart Toilet was born from a simple observation: everyone notices a dirty restroom, but almost no one measures it. We are here to change that — with sensors, data, and workflows that give facility teams the visibility they have always deserved.
Our story
Smart Toilet is developed in collaboration with Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, under the SEGORO BIRU technology group. What began as answering a very unglamorous question — 'why does no one measure restroom quality?' — grew into a full IoT platform for public infrastructure.
In 2026 we ran our first pilot deployment — a handful of MQTT sensors streaming ammonia, humidity, and temperature into a live dashboard. Within weeks, complaints dropped, cleaner routes got smarter, and management finally had numbers to talk about.
Today Smart Toilet is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for restroom operations — used by facility teams who care that clean restrooms are a signal of respect, not an afterthought.

Every public restroom in Indonesia — and beyond — is measurably clean, comfortable, and well-managed. Because the smallest room in a building often says the most about how it is run.

Why 'Segoro Biru'?
Segoro Biru means 'blue sea' in Javanese — a nod to clean water, calm systems, and depth of impact. Our team is based in Surabaya, home of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), and we build for the buildings around us first: malls, campuses, hospitals, offices. If it works for a busy restroom on an ITS lecture hall floor, it will work anywhere.
